Ever since we first communicated in the initial quote process, Nalin was efficient and helpful. The airport pickup was quick with our driver happy to stop on the way when needed to our first destination. Our holiday was for 10 days. It was a stress free holiday for us in a clean new car. All suggestions were extremely helpful and it was great to have a locals perspective and insight into our holiday. Booking tours, such as the safari, was an extra bonus as we did not have to worry about how to organise these trips last minute. Would definitely recommend, and have already recommended, to travellers wanting a local driver to show them around beautiful Sri Lanka!
We hired LankaOdyssey for a nine day trip through Sri Lanka. Shaggy. the guide was quick to respond to our queries and finalising with Lanka Odyssey was smooth. As promised, Upali the driver assigned for our trip was waiting with a name board at the airport on time and helped as settle in quickly. Covid Safety: Upali stuck to wearing masks religiously throughout the entire nine days and had set of surgical masks and sanitizer handy in the vehicle whenever we needed them. We felt quite assured about the safety. The drive was exceptionally smooth and we faced no issues at any point in time. He was accommodative of us when we took little longer to conclude our day and served us with a smile. He was very helpful in suggesting changes or additions to our itinerary which enriched the trip to a great extent. He is comfortable with English and we had an easy time communicating with him. We would recommend LankaOdyssey and very highly recommend Upali to anyone who wishes to hire a car to go around Sri Lanka.
